Håkan Broman
Håkan Broman has a long career in corporate management and law. He has previously held positions including acting CEO and Group CEO of NCC AB, General Counsel at NCC AB and the Swedish Transport Administration, corporate lawyer at Adtranz (ABB/Daimler Benz Transportation), CEO of Styrelseakademien, and Vice Chairman of the Swedish Corporate Governance Board.

He previously served as CEO and founder of Ternstedt Invent AB, where he drove the company's expansion from 15 to 325 MSEK in revenue within plumbing, ventilation, cooling and electrical.
