Business model

Our business model combines the strength of a nationwide group network with full local ownership and responsibility in each subsidiary.

A hybrid model with clear synergies

Comfort consists of two parts that together form a unique offering on the Swedish market. Together, Comfortgruppen and Comfortpartners form a network of more than 100 companies with over 160 establishments and a combined turnover of approximately SEK 6 billion.

  • Comfortgruppen are the subsidiaries owned by the group. Approximately 1,500 employees work here, distributed across more than 70 companies with over 90 establishments around the country. Turnover amounted to SEK 3.2 billion in 2025.
  • Comfortpartners are independent partner companies that operate under the Comfort brand through a cooperation agreement. The partner companies are independent but share the brand, purchasing power and expertise with the group. There are approximately 50 partner companies with around 70 establishments and a total turnover of approximately SEK 2.8 billion.

Advantages of the hybrid model

The model creates tangible benefits for all parts of the network.

  • Business collaboration: The market coverage with its relationships generates a strong flow of local and regional business and enables national business.
  • Joint purchases: Competitive prices through combined purchasing power.
  • Common brand: The large network offers strong distribution for an already well-known brand and economies of scale in marketing.
  • Spreading expertise: Local, regional and central collaboration enables and ensures the spread of expertise and best practice.
